Nice pose, very dynamic. I think more emphasis could be put on the arm and hand thats throwing the death stars, doesnt look like theres enough force behind the throw.

Avantis has a point there, but you could also say that he has just let those ninja stars go, so to speak

The cloths wrapped around his face are a bit too smooth and solid looking and could use some textures like you did with the rest

Digging the colors, character, and composition, but I would love to see you roughen 'im up a bit, eh? The edges of his cape look really great, but overall he seems very clean--a newly-minted nomad ninja dude.
I do very much enjoy the detail and planning put into his costume, particularly the leg armor and boots.
One other really quick thing: maybe blur the edge of the rock in the foreground or otherwise make it not so crisp to match the out of focus rendering on its surface.
Overall, very dynamic!
